Regent Road Park is a peaceful green place at the heart of old Edinburgh only a few minutes from Princes Street. From here, there are good views to Holyrood, Arthur's Seat and the Salisbury Crags.

History and heritage

Within the park is the Stones of Scotland sculpture, which is a circle of 32 stone slabs, one from each of Scotland's local authorities. It was unveiled in 2002 to commemorate the Scottish parliament.
